a little about me...

I'm Sabrina Smelko— a former illustrator, designer, and HGTV host turned Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga/Breathwork teacher.

After a health wake-up call and years of self-neglect, I healed from autoimmune issues and burnout by focusing on one thing: getting stronger — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

  • Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s CPT-7 program in 2024, specializing in stabilization, strength, and power training with a holistic approach to fitness, nutrition and wellness.

  • Graduated from Frog Lotus Yoga’s 200-hour Vinyasa and Pranayama teacher training in March 2018 at Vikasa Yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand.

  • Completed Functional Pattern’s 10-week Myofascial Release program focused on restoring postural dysfunction as well as 60 days of Anastasia Beauty Fascia’s GLOW self-massage program.
