I’m a Former Designer and HGTV Host Turned Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga/Breathwork Teacher.
After years of burnout and autoimmune illness, I realized strength wasn’t just physical — it was about regulating my nervous system, restoring trust in my body, and redefining how I showed up for myself.
Now, I help women build strength in a way that feels good, lasts, and fits real life — through fitness, breathwork, mindset, and lifestyle rituals that honor the whole self.

Graduated from Frog Lotus Yoga’s 200-hour Vinyasa and Pranayama teacher training in March 2018 at Vikasa Yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand.
